The EAN Midwest regional communication workshop will be October 13-15 at Iowa State University in Ames, IA.

Registration

Thanks to generous support from our sponsors and the ISU Mechanical Engineering Department, we are able to offer this conference without any registration fees!  To better assist our planning, we are asking schools to give us their tentative number of conference attendees (new EAs, senior EAs, and advisors) no later than August 15th. Please email your tentative numbers via the pre-registration spreadsheet to Sally at sallywei@psu.edu.  Official registration for the conference will be completed by each individual attendee through this Registration Form. Registration closes at 11:59pm on September 14.

Hotel

We have secured a block of hotel rooms at The Gateway Hotel and Conference Center for Friday and Saturday, October 13-14. All rooms are double queens. Schools will be responsible for paying their hotel costs. Our discounted hotel rate is $129/room/night. You are able to make your reservations online or by calling 1-800-FOR-AMES (please be sure to mention the EAN Regional Conference or the ISU Mechanical Engineering Department to get our block rate). Schools must book their hotel reservations by our conference registration deadline of September 14 (unused hotel rooms will be released the morning of September 15).

Provided meals include Friday dinner; Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner; and Sunday breakfast and lunch. Sunday’s lunch will be a boxed lunch so that schools can take them on the road if they wish. Dietary restrictions will be collected in the registration form.
