The EAN Southeast communication workshop will be held September 26-28 at Florida A&M and Florida State in Tallahassee, FL.
All conference attendees must complete official registration by the deadline (TBD).
Hotel
We have secured a courtesy block of hotel rooms for the nights of Friday and Saturday (Sept. 26 & 27). Schools will be responsible for paying their hotel costs. Schools must book their hotel reservations before the cut-off dates noted below.

Meals
Meals include Friday dinner; Saturday breakfast (at hotel), lunch, and dinner; and Sunday breakfast (at hotel) and lunch. Sunday’s lunch will be a boxed lunch so that schools can take them on the road if they wish. Dietary restrictions will be collected in the registration form. The registration fee, which includes all meals will be generously covered by the Network.

Laptops and electronic devices:
Ambassadors are required to have a laptop for the workshop. Please fully charge your laptop and other devices each night in preparation for the following day. If you need specific dongles, please bring them. WIFI will be available.
Schedule
We are in the process of revamping the workshop. The complete schedule will be made available soon.
Friday afternoon/evening is when majority of the hands-on training happens.
Saturday will be full of work, trial presentations, feedback, and social time.
Sunday is the Showcase where each team will present their close-to-final presentation.
